Jamison Sites

Jamison Sites is a Principal at PwC in the Global Structuring Financial Services practice where he focuses on the complex tax and regulatory issues surrounding digital assets. Serving digital asset clients since 2014, Jamison is a frequent panelist and recognized thought leader on blockchain and cryptocurrency matters. Jamison is also on the Leadership Committee of the Digital Chamber’s Tax Task Force and the American Bar Association’s Crypto Tax Task Force.

 

Prior to joining PwC, Jamison led the digital asset tax and regulatory practice at RSM US LLP where he helped steer RSM’s digital asset policy and regulatory outreach efforts. In this capacity, Jamison assisted with the chartering of the first crypto banks by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

 

Jamison holds a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, an LL.M in Taxation with a certificate in International Tax from the Georgetown University Law Center, and an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
