Juan Rivero

Juan Rivero has over 25 years of experience in public accounting. He possesses extensive experience with tax, planning, financial compilation and tax engagements, also business valuation and transactional services.

Mr. Rivero joined the firm in 2000 after a 5 year career in PwC’s international tax department, and special M&A projects in Mexico City. He graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. He is a CPA for Mexican purposes. He earned his Masters in International Taxation from the Universidad Panamericana in 2007. He is a candidate to be a Certified Business Valuation Analyst, by NACVA.

Mr. Rivero has plenty of experience in a variety of industries; however, he has a special emphasis in Technology, Construction, TV and Movie Production, Automotive Dealerships and Industry, and Manufacturing entities. He also advises High Net Worth Individuals with international tax structures.

He currently heads the Tax Department, Transfer Pricing Department and M&A Reviews in the firm.
